Shipping Policy (Shopify Policy Template)

At L-Signature, we take great pride in delivering our bespoke, handcrafted seals to patrons across the globe. We partner with trusted international courier services to ensure your personalized artifacts arrive swiftly, securely, and in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing & Craftsmanship Time

  • Bespoke Production: Each seal is individually custom-engraved with utmost precision. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for crafting, polishing, quality inspection, and custom packaging prior to dispatch.

  • Order Confirmation: Production begins promptly once your custom engraving details are finalized.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Singapore & Malaysia (Complimentary Shipping):

    • Free Shipping is automatically included for all orders delivered to Malaysia and Singapore.

    • Estimated delivery: 2 – 5 business days following dispatch.

  • International Orders (Rest of the World):

    • We ship worldwide via our premium global courier partners (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx, or equivalent express couriers).

    • Shipping Fee Calculation: Shipping fees for destinations outside Singapore and Malaysia are calculated at checkout. Please enter your destination address and select "Calculate Shipping" / check the shipping rate during checkout to view and add the applicable rate to your total order.

    • Estimated delivery: 4 – 10 business days depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments outside Singapore and Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country's government.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. L-Signature does not control or determine these fees.

5. Accurate Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address, postal code, recipient name, and contact phone number are accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided at checkout.
