Refund & Return Policy (Shopify Policy Template)

At L-Signature, each seal and stamp is a one-of-a-kind bespoke artifact, meticulously crafted and personalized with unique custom engravings. Because of the deeply customized nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy below prior to placing an order.

1. Custom & Personalized Orders (Final Sale)

  • No Cancellation After Confirmation: Once your custom design, spelling, or layout is confirmed and production has begun, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or refunded.

  • Final Sale: All personalized/custom-engraved items are strictly final sale. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, customer typos/misspellings approved during the confirmation stage, or personal preference.

2. Natural Stone Characteristics

  • Our seals are carved from natural jade and stone materials. Natural color variations, veining, translucency, and mineral patterns are inherent hallmarks of genuine natural stone, not defects. Variations in stone appearance do not qualify for a return or replacement.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your complete satisfaction and peace of mind are extremely important to us. If your item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or engraved incorrectly due to our error:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at rsgd@shh-iot.com.

  2. Please include:

    • Your Order Number

    • Clear photographs and/or video showing the issue (including packaging and the item)

    • A brief description of the defect or damage

  3. Once inspected and verified, we will gladly arrange a complimentary replacement or issue an appropriate solution.

4. Order Cancellation Window

  • If you need to make changes or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order (before production begins). Once our artisans begin the engraving process, cancellations are strictly non-refundable.
